Seele transaction fee
=====================

While the major currency unit of Seele is **seele**, we use **fan** as
the smallest unit. 1 seele = 100,000,000 fan. When you send transactions
in Seele, the transaction amount and price is measured in **fan**.

Note that transaction amount and transaction fee are different. The
transaction amount is the amount transferred from the sender to the
receiver. The transaction fee is calculated by

``fee = price * gas``

and is paid to the block miners. The price is provided by the sender and
gas depends on the transaction itself.
